Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team, specializing in Gardening, Landscaping, Property Maintenance, and Commercial Cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to enhance the overall appearance of our properties. In addition to outdoor tasks, this role will include commercial cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Trim and shape hedges and bushes to maintain an aesthetically pleasing landscape.
- Execute weed control measures to ensure a weed-free and well-maintained outdoor environment.
- Maintain and care for garden beds, planting flowers and shrubs as needed.
- Conduct pool maintenance activities, such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Monitor and report any issues related to the property's outdoor areas.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use proper equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, property maintenance, and commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of plant care, pest control, horticulture practices, and commercial cleaning procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, as well as commercial cleaning tools and machinery.
- Basic understanding of pool maintenance and chemical balancing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license
The schedule may vary based on seasonal demands and specific property needs.

Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour
