What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an energetic, strategic and relationship‑driven Pharmacy Education Manager (known internally as Learning Manager – Pharmacy Retail) to elevate how we attract, educate and develop the next generation of pharmacists across all of our brands.
Reporting to the Senior Learning Manager, Pharmacy and Beauty Retail , this role leads the design, delivery and continuous improvement of national early‑career pharmacy programs—including Intern Learning, University Engagement, Student Work & Placement pathways, and Alumni/Graduate experiences.
You’ll play a pivotal role in positioning our Pharmacy brands, including Priceline Pharmacy and Pharmacy for Less as the preferred destination for students, interns and future pharmacists—building best‑in‑class learning experiences, strengthening industry partnerships, and crafting memorable moments that shape long‑term careers.
You're an experienced learning practitioner from retail, pharmacy or health — passionate about learning and a natural influencer with stakeholders, comfortable running several programs at once, energised by bringing big ideas to life through inventive programs, events and education experiences. You’ll need the real appetite for frequent interstate travel.
Based in Melbourne or Sydney
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering face‑to‑face (and digital) retail learning programs, with at least 5 years in retail, pharmacy or health
- Experience in pharmacy education, intern program development, and facilitation would be highly regarded
- Seasoned learning practitioner who has experience in the design and development of online learning, and liaising with external providers to develop e-learns
- Strong relationship management skills — ideally with established connections across universities and industry partners
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- High level demonstrable Excel skills
- Proven ability to develop learning content and assessment materials
- Event planning and management experience
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in pharmacy education
- Ability to undertake regular travel across the network for extended periods (expected travel is once a month interstate, with other times ie Health Masterclass/Industry events will require more frequent, interstate travel)
- Bachelors or higher degree in OD, Learning or HR (required)
- Qualifications in Pharmacy or equivalent (desired)
Additional qualifications in adult education or training (desirable)
