Job Description

About this opportunity – Graduate Water Engineer

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a growing, dynamic and privately-owned company.

In this role, you will:

Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional drainage and water/sewer network designs
Contribute to stormwater management plans, flood modelling, environmental impact assessments and water strategy
Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils.
Get exposure to HEC-RAS/TUFLOW/DRAINS/MUSIC and any prior experience will be highly regarded

Please note we are seeking Graduate Water Engineers in Melbourne only.
Group assessment centres and interviews are scheduled for May 2026.
