Full Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Picker-Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse, and assisting with general administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently in line with company processes
Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and dispatch of goods
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Perform stock counts and assist with inventory management
Use warehouse management systems and computers to process orders and update records
Assist with general administrative duties as required
Adhere to WHS (Work Health & Safety) guidelines at all times

Requirements

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident and competent computer skills — ability to use warehouse systems, email, and basic office software
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving boxes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Preferred (But Not Essential)

Prior experience in a pick and pack, warehousing, or logistics role
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience in an administrative or data-entry capacity
Forklift Licence

Pay: $25.57 – $32.14 per hour

Work Location: In person
