This is a long-term career opportunity for an experienced full-time Senior Dental Assistant (2+ years’ experience) to join our premium Chatswood clinic 5 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up and contribute at a higher level within a high-performing clinical team.

About the Role

Require a strong clinical background to confidently step into chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures as needed, while primarily focusing on training and team support.
Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
Demonstrate leadership and administrative capability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
Create a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting the development of junior staff.
Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint.
Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control.
Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations.
Support ordering, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 2+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior capacity.
Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (required).
Are confident supporting complex and high-end procedures.
Strong can-do attitude, solution-based thinking and willingness to learn.
Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Work well in a team.
