Nail Assistant – Nail Salon (Sydney CBD)

We offer quality and advanced nail services, express treatments for busy schedules, and a calm and cosy environment where quality and hygiene are non‑negotiable.

The Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Nail Technician Assistant to support our talented team of nail technicians and help deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll assist with day-to-day salon operations, prep, and aftercare — making sure every client leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities

Assist nail technicians during treatments and appointments
Prepare and clean workstations before and after services
Welcome clients, manage check-ins, and handle general enquiries
Maintain impeccable hygiene and sterilisation standards
Support smooth salon flow during busy periods

About you

Experience: Some experience in a nail salon or beauty environment preferred
Passion: A genuine interest for nails and beauty
Communication: Friendly, professional, client-focused attitude, and a great team player.
Standards: High attention to detail, hygiene‑driven, and reliable with opening/closing procedures.
Availability: Full‑time preferred; flexibility for weekdays, late evenings, and weekends in the CBD.
