About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced coach, consultant, educator, trainer, or people-focused professional looking to apply your communication and relationship-building skills within a flexible remote environment?

We operate within the personal and professional development sector, providing structured online learning programs focused on leadership development, communication skills, professional effectiveness, and lifelong learning.

We are seeking experienced professionals to support participant engagement and communication activities in an independent contractor capacity. This opportunity may appeal to individuals who enjoy working with people, value ongoing learning, and are comfortable operating within established systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

➡️Conduct professional conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. Provide information regarding available learning pathways and support general enquiries using established communication guidelines.
➡️Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication, active listening, and a professional approach to participant engagement.
➡️Utilize digital platforms including Zoom, CRM systems, email, and online communication tools to support workflow management, maintain records, and complete day-to-day administrative activities.
➡️Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities focused on communication, leadership capability, and role-specific knowledge.
➡️Manage responsibilities independently while following established systems, operational processes, and communication standards within a remote environment.
