Full Job Description

Join a leading Independent Boarding School and take pride in maintaining a safe, beautiful, and well-presented campus. All Souls St Gabriels School is seeking a hands-on, proactive Head of Grounds & Maintenance to lead our grounds and maintenance team.

This full-time permanent role combines leadership, facilities management, project coordination, and practical maintenance work across our vibrant Pre-Prep to Year 12 school community.

Key Criteria

Experience in grounds and facilities maintenance
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sound WHS knowledge and commitment to safety
Practical, solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable

Trade qualification
School or boarding environment experience
MR Licence
Pool maintenance experience
