Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional for a Duty Manager position at the Bank hotel in East Maitland

Reporting to the licensee the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Knowledge of all pub operations including food beverage and gaming
The ability to successfully lead, train and develop a team to achieve the very best in service and standards whilst on shift.
Experience with TAB, Keno and Poker Machine operating and reconciling essential.
Current RSA & RCG & ARCG
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and to be able to produce daily takings reports.
Be knowledgeable on the relevant Liquor, Gaming, Licensing requirements.
Work well under pressure, with the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will have experience in demonstrating a pro-active approach to strive for superior customer relations combined with a passion to deliver continuous improvement in service standards and processes.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
