Assistant Picture Framer – Growth Role

Off The Wall Framing is a growing custom framing business specialising in premium framing, printing, and artwork solutions for homes and businesses across Sydney.
We are looking for a full time assistant Picture Framer who is hands-on, reliable, and well-spoken with strong English communication skills, and genuinely happy to serve and assist clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in custom framing production (cutting, joining, assembly)
Handle artwork, prints, canvases, and memorabilia with care
Mounting and finishing frames to a high standard
Assist with printing and canvas stretching
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Occasionally assist customers in-store with a friendly, professional approach
About You
Strong attention to detail
Hands-on and practical mindset
Well-spoken English and confident communicating with clients
Friendly, approachable, and happy to serve customers
Reliable and punctual
Willing to learn and grow
Framing experience is a bonus, but not required.
