Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live in or near Cessnock including surrounding suburbs Aberdare, Bellbird, Branxton, Broke, Ellalong, Fordwich, Kitchener, Lovedale, Laguna, Oswald, Millfield, Mount View, North Rothbury, Paxton, Pelton, Pokolbin or Stockrington.
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
Available to work Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for a 7am start as well as a Friday afternoon shift up to 7pm (no early start required on Fridays)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Permanent Part-Time Contracts
Permanent Contract hours: 20 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate: $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes and domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
