EXPERIENCED REGISTERED NURSE (AGED CARE) | CASUAL | Central West Region

Find A Carer is currently recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our casual workforce supporting Residential Aged Care facilities across the Central West Region.

This role is suited to experienced aged care RNs who are confident working independently, managing clinical responsibilities and supporting resident safety within Residential Aged Care environments.

Key Responsibilities

Medication administration and clinical documentation
Resident assessments and care planning
Responding to clinical concerns and incidents
Leadership and support of care staff on shift
Safe manual handling and resident care support
Delivering safe, professional and compassionate nursing care

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Nursing qualification
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 12 months since initial AHPRA registration
Minimum 12 months RN experience within a Residential Aged Care facility
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
Experience with manual handling within Residential Aged Care environments
Ability to confidently work independently on shift
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to confidently use smartphone apps and follow digital instructions
Valid Australian work rights

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $60+ per hour
