Metal Roofing Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Metal Roofing Supervisor to join our growing commercial roofing team.
The successful candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in metal roofing, strong leadership abilities, and a proven background supervising commercial roofing projects. This role requires someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to travel for projects when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise commercial metal roofing projects from start to finish
- Lead and coordinate roofing crews onsite
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Manage site productivity, materials, and scheduling
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Extensive qualified experience in metal roofing
- Proven experience in commercial roofing projects
- Previous supervisory experience essential
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, flashings, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for work projects
- White Card and current driver’s licence required
- EWP, Working at Heights, and other relevant tickets highly regarded
