Full Job Description

About You

Located in or near Gosford.
Strong administration experience
Prior experience in an administration or customer service role
Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
Ability to work from the Gosford store full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm)

Valid Police Check
Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Ability and willingness to undertake daily manual handling
Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
Administration duties including data entry and email management
Picking & Packing customer orders
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required
