Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from commercial building plans and drawings
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures (timber, steel, composites)
- Complete framework, fit-outs, formwork, partitions, and general carpentry
- Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- (Leading Hand) Supervise small teams and ensure quality standards on-site
- (Leading Hand) Assist in scheduling, materials planning, and job tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial carpentry (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans
- White Card (mandatory)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Leadership experience for Leading Hand role
