Remedial Massage Therapist – Avalon Beach

Avalon Beach Chiropractic + Sauna Amalfi

We’re looking for a friendly, personable and motivated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in the heart of Avalon Beach.

This is a great opportunity for a therapist who enjoys being part of a community-focused business while also having the independence to build a thriving client base of their own.

You’ll work alongside Avalon Beach Chiropractic, with opportunities for internal referrals and occasional co-management of patients, while also benefiting from exposure to clients visiting Sauna Amalfi, our luxury infrared sauna, traditional sauna and ice bath studio located adjacent to the clinic.

Rather than starting from scratch, you'll have the opportunity to build from an existing client database while continuing to develop your own loyal following.

You'll also receive:

Online booking and paperless patient notes system
Business cards and marketing support
Treatment room and everything required to perform at your best

Availability

We’re particularly looking for someone available:

Saturday and/or Sunday, plus ideally Wednesday or Friday.

There may be opportunities to expand hours as your client base grows.

We’re located in the heart of Avalon Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches, just a 45-second walk from the beachfront and surrounded by the cafés, shops and community of Avalon village.

Both Avalon Beach Chiropractic and Sauna Amalfi have a strong focus on community involvement. We regularly connect with local sporting clubs, markets, fundraisers, events and other businesses, and we're always looking for new ways to grow our presence within the Northern Beaches community.

About you

You’ll be someone who is enthusiastic, professional and confident connecting with people. You enjoy working as part of a team but are also motivated to develop your own client base and reputation within the community.

Requirements:

Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist
Eligible for health fund/HICAPS rebates, including Medibank
Current ABN
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Relevant professional association registration
Basic computer and administrative skills
Willingness to participate in occasional community events and promotions
A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
