About the Opportunity

This full‑time Administrative Support Office role is based within the Medical Day Unit at Wyong Hospital, offering a stable Monday to Friday roster with hours from 7:30am–4:00pm, except Thursdays which run 8:30am–5:00pm.

If you are looking for a meaningful position where your organisational skills and customer service make a real impact in the community, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. In this role you will:

Provide frontline customer service, managing patient admissions and discharges.
Ensure accurate billing, capturing all revenue from patient presentations.
Coordinate key administrative tasks, including documents and information flow
Support the team, assisting senior staff and contributing to quality improvement

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to support patients and staff professionally and compassionately.
Strong administrative experience, including managing documents and information flow in a busy environment.
High attention to detail, especially when handling billing processes and patient information.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with confidence coordinating competing priorities.
A proactive, team‑focused approach, demonstrating initiative and alignment with NSW Health and CCLHD values.
