AEI Insurance Broking Group is a leading Australian insurance broking firm, recognised for delivering specialist risk solutions and exceptional client service

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a passion for Professional Lines to join our team in Moorabbin.

About The Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage and service a portfolio of clients, working closely with the team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting complex placements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of policies from placement through to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and service a portfolio across Professional Lines

· Handle renewals, endorsements, quotations, and policy documentation

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for specialist risks

· Provide timely, proactive advice tailored to client risk profiles

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes

Skills Required

· Strong communication and relationship management skills

· High attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Client focused with a proactive approach

Experience Required

· Previous experience in insurance broking or general insurance

· Experience managing or supporting a portfolio of clients

· Exposure to Professional Lines highly regarded

Minimum 5 years experience insurance broking

About You

Experience in insurance broking or underwriting, ideally within Professional Lines
Strong understanding of policies such as PI, D&O, Cyber or Management Liability
Hold Tier 1 Broking qualification (essential) and Tier 2 (advantageous)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, client-focused and team-oriented mindset
Minimum 5 years experience insurance broking

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
