Greenkeepers/Groundsman- Fulltime

Riverside Oaks golf resort invites applicants for fulltime Greenkeepers/Groundsman to join the Maintenance team.

What the role involves:

Assisting with set up of golf course for general play
Pest and disease identification and control
Course construction
Performing all functions of Course maintenance activities as directed
Irrigation repair and maintenance
Performing tasks that are necessary to keep maintenance facility and equipment clean and organized
Applying, storing and handling of chemicals as required and directed

The successful applicant will:

Hold a current Driver’s license
Preferably completed level 3 in turf management
Have a current chemical application certificate
Possess a keen eye for detail.
Have demonstrated the ability to be courteous towards members and present a positive attitude.
Understand golf and golf rules
Be highly motivated
Understand WH&S and environmental requirements on golf courses
