Position Title: Administration Intake Assistant

Classification: HS1

Salary per hour: $30.75 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing full time or part time positions available

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2027

Role description

Dhelkaya Health is seeking an organised and client-focused Administration-Intake Assistant to join our team. This role is central to supporting our intake services and ensuring smooth operations across our reception areas, including the main reception and Community Programs.

You will play a key role in:

Providing exceptional customer service at reception points.
Managing client records in line with legislation and hospital policies.
Supporting intake processes for Allied Health, outpatient, and Community Services.
Coordinating triage of referrals and booking appointments.
Delivering efficient administrative support to enable client-centred care.

This position requires you to work to a roster between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm. Across locations in Castlemaine and Maldon

About you

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Experience in administration or reception roles (healthcare experience desirable).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of client record systems and confidentiality requirements.
