Salary per hour: $47.81 to $54.10 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time up to 64 hours per fortnight

Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated and skilled Pharmacist to deliver high-quality pharmacy services across our aged care facilities. This role focuses on ensuring the safe, appropriate, and efficient use of medicines for residents, while supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple aged care sites
- Conduct and support Medication Management Reviews (MMRs)
- Identify and manage medication-related problems, including polypharmacy risks
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams
- Promote safe medication practices and quality use of medicines
- Support education and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Credentialing for Medication Management Reviews (MMR)
- Completion of an APC-accredited aged care on-site pharmacist training program
- Demonstrated clinical pharmacy experience, with a strong interest in aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative (self-starter)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple sites
