Position Classification: Psychologist, Counsellor Lvl 1/2, Social Worker Lvl /2
Remuneration: $76,364 - $89,232 per annum, pro rata - dependent on qualifications
Hours Per Week: up to 38

Two permanent positions available

Lismore Drug & Alcohol - Full-time 38 hours per week

Tweed Valley Hospital - Part-time 24 hours per week

About the role

Working to minimise the harmful effects of substance use on young people, by providing and maintaining a high standard of individualised client care through the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Service for young people and their families.

Providing counselling and case management to young people aged 12-25 years old, who are at risk due to their substance use and providing support to the young person’s family and/or care givers.

The alcohol and other drugs teamwork for the greater good through an open, flexible and dynamic, strengths-based approach. We listen to understand, not label.
