Leading Civil Contractor offering job security and Long term roles
Local work on the Gold Coast
50+ hour weeks, Daily overtime, RDO's and Daily travel allowance

Shadforth is seeking an experienced Lead Operator to join our high-performing Pipe Crew delivering large-scale civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside an experienced crew, operating GPS-equipped machinery while driving productivity, safety, and quality on fast-paced projects.

We're Looking For

Experienced Lead Operator with strong pipe crew experience
Proven experience operating GPS-equipped machinery (Trimble or similar)
Strong background in trenching and shoring
Ability to work efficiently within a high-paced civil construction crew
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
