About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our integrated café /restaurant, and fuel station. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for staff management, customer service, compliance, and overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across the cafe/restaurant, and fuel station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead and supervise staff including rostering, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining service standards.
Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensure fuel station compliance including safety procedures, environmental standards, and forecourt operations.
Manage inventory and stock control for food, beverages, convenience items, and fuel.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain WHS and safety compliance across all areas of the business.
Handle financial administration including cash handling, banking, and expense control.
Coordinate with suppliers for stock, fuel deliveries, and maintenance services.
Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a retail, hospitality, or fuel station management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience managing staff in a fast paced, multi service environment.
Knowledge of food safety, fuel safety, and WHS regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
Position -Full Time
Salary-$77,000 to $85000 a year (plus Super)
Visa status-Full working rights (Pref will be given to Australian Citizens /PR)
Pay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
