Loveapple is a leading fresh produce marketing company based in Carnarvon, Western Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office / Operations All-Rounder to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

Job Requirements:

About the Role

Based in Carnarvon, this position provides administrative and operational support across the business, including assisting the Packhouse Managers, Sales Team, and Bookkeeper.

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or full Australian working rights are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative support to Packhouse Manager/s, Sales and Bookkeeper
Communicating with customers, growers, and staff via phone and email
File maintenance – keeping records accurate, updated, and well maintained
Ordering supplies including cartons, crates, labels, and office supplies
Maintaining quality, food safety, and compliance standards
Managing logistics, inventory, and supplier coordination for Loveapple

Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work unsupervised after appropriate training
A strong problem solver who can adapt to changing day-to-day tasks and external factors
Hands-on and willing to support other Loveapple team members to ensure daily tasks are completed on time
Well organised with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within required timeframes
A clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused with a professional and helpful attitude toward customers, growers, and stakeholders

Additional Requirements

Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to use Microsoft Office
An interest or knowledge of the horticulture industry would be highly desirable

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (with flexibility between Monday to Friday)
Hours: Part-time hours will vary depending on operational requirements and essential tasks
Pay rate: Based on experience and discussed at interview
