Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are searching for an experienced housekeeping professional who has strong communication & conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently. This role will see you assist the Executive Housekeeper in providing the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation that meets company standards through professional, timely and quality services, ensure that business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standards advised by senior management.

Key Duties

Provide effective staff management to ensure daily operational requirements and financial budgets are met through effective allocations of work for staff.
Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity.
Oversee the setting of projects as directed by the Executive Housekeeper, to room attendants and supervisors.
Manage the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
