Full Job Description

Join the team at The Galley RMYC as a fulltime Chef . You will be a key part of the kitchen operations, responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare, cook and present a variety of delicious meals and dishes
Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Assist with menu planning and development
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment
Formal culinary training or qualifications
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and menu design
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
