Nestled in the scenic Hills District, Punthill Norwest offers stylish, spacious, and fully self-contained Studio, One, Two, and Three-Bedroom Apartments, perfect for both short and long-term stays.

Located in one of Sydney’s most dynamic commercial hubs, this property marks Punthill’s first hotel in New South Wales. Guests enjoy convenient access to Norwest Business Park, Hillsong Church, Woolworths Group corporate office, Norwest Market Town, Norwest Private Hospital, Lakeview Private Hospital, and the Norwest Metro Station, which provides direct connections to Chatswood and Tallawong.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.

Maintain common areas to brand standards
Guest room in-stay & departure cleans to a high standard
Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

About You

We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness
Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning / day shifts)
Ability to work as a team & also independently
