We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the Campus Principal to join our welcoming Orange Campus on a full-time, permanent basis, commencing ASAP.
The Role
The EA to the Campus Principal plays a vital role in the efficient operation of the campus, serving as a key administrative partner to the Campus Principal and a central point of support for staff, students, parents, and the wider school community. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage a diverse range of administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Campus Principal, including calendar management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and stakeholder communications.
- Support campus operations through the coordination of events, activities, attendance processes, student records, staff leave administration, and general office management.
- Manage academic administration, including NAPLAN, examinations, testing schedules, reporting processes, and student data management.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements, including attendance monitoring, work health and safety procedures, contractor management, and campus inductions.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, supplier engagement, and administrative oversight of campus facilities and security processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students, delivering exceptional customer service and professional communication.
- Manage correspondence, databases, records, and office systems while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy requirements.
- Utilise a range of digital platforms, including Microsoft 365 and school management systems, to support efficient campus operations.
- Collaborate with campus, regional, and state teams to support strategic and operational priorities.

About You
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in administration, executive support, office management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and confidence working with a range of digital systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to supporting school operations.
