Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators in the construction or civil engineering environment.
- Candidates with any amount of experience in construction or civil engineering environment will be considered.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating skid steers and excavators is required.
- Australian work rights are essential for this position (citizens and permanent residents only).
- Experience operating either skid steers or excavators is sufficient for this role.
- Valid driver's license and relevant machinery operating certifications/licenses (e.g., White Card, excavator operator and skid-steer tickets).
- White Card and excavator operator ticket are required for this position.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation principles and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
