We are passionate about supporting individuals under the Support at Home and NDIS through evidence-based, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and inclusion
We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate in home podiatrist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide therapeutic services to children and adults within the community.
* Manage an allocated caseload with varied and complex support needs.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress records.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Liaise with NDIS providers, aged care services, plan managers, families, and carers.
* Deliver evidence-based and person-centred therapeutic interventions.
* Support participants to achieve goals and improve overall wellbeing.
* Build strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and community stakeholders.
* Deliver services within participants’ individual plans and allocated funding.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Passion for supporting people living with disability and their families.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Experience working within the NDIS framework is preferred but not essential.
* Computer literacy and ability to use client management systems.
* New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Essential Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in allied health discipline.
* Current AHPRA Registration (where applicable).
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current Police Check.
* Current NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
