About the Role
Receival & Replenishment Warehouse Team Member
Cannonvale | Full-Time | Stable & Consistent
We are expanding our team and looking for reliable team players who enjoy being active, in a hands on role within a fast paced environment. A great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience, stay busy throughout the day and learn more about how a busy food distribution operation works.
Must be available to work 10:00 am to 6:00 pm across Monday to Friday, with flexibility to complete additional overtime on the weekend where required.
What You’ll Do:
- Unload deliveries, check delivery documentation and verify products before receiving into the system.
- Accurately receive and move stock in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using RF scanners or other approved systems.
- Replenish pick locations across dry, chiller and freezer zones, maintaining correct stock identification, location and rotation.
- Rotate stock in accordance with FIFO/FEFO requirements and food-safety procedures and assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised.
These are physically demanding roles involving frequent manual handling of wholesale stock, including lifting and moving heavy boxes, repetitive movements, and standing for extended periods throughout the day.
Employees in these roles must work across refrigerated chiller areas maintained between 0°C and 5°C, freezer areas maintained at approximately –18.9°C, and non-temperature-controlled warehouse areas and outdoors, which can become significantly warm during the summer months.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking local candidates available for an immediate start who are looking for long-term employment in a supportive and growing team.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights for this position and working here does not count towards your 88 Days.
Key Qualities Include:
- Hold a current car driver’s licence (auto is fine)
- Strong sense of reliability and responsibility with a proactive nature
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team and independently
- Enjoy being busy and hands on, comfortable in a physically demanding role
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Confidence using electronic devices such as iPads, scanners and voice pickers
- Live locally or already be based in the area, available to work during the school holidays
A forklift licence would be preferred; however, it is not essential, as we can arrange training agreements for the right candidate. We will provide on the job training so we are more interested in finding keen, dependable and capable workers.
