Part-Time Admin & Reception Support (Level 2 Clerk)

We’re seeking a capable, detail-oriented admin professional to support our operations team as we scale. This is a structured, part-time role with a clear pathway to full-time employment. You’ll be trusted with essential tasks, exposed to advanced systems, and expected to contribute meaningfully to our growth.
You won’t be expected to do all of these tasks on day one. We’ll introduce responsibilities gradually as your confidence grows, with full training and support along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day financial admin: entering bills, reconciling accounts, issuing invoices, and ensuring customer payments are tracked and followed up
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting, and supporting broader accounting tasks as your skills develop
- Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and clarity — you’ll often be the first point of contact for clients and leads
- Supporting lead tracking and client correspondence to ensure timely follow-up and clear communication
- Scheduling quality assurance inspections and preparing client-facing reports that reflect our high standards
- Using and mastering tools like Xero, Deputy, and Google Suite — and helping us optimise their use across the business
- Playing an active role in improving systems and processes as we scale — your insights and initiative will be valued and implemented
- Using AI tools to enhance everyday tasks — from drafting clear client emails to improving document quality, summarising information, and supporting smoother communication across the business. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be excited to learn and use AI to work smarter.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in admin, reception, or office support — you know how to keep things running smoothly
- Bonus if you’ve worked in cleaning or understand the pace and precision it demands
- Strong initiative — you don’t wait to be told, you anticipate needs and act
- A genuine interest in learning — especially when it comes to new systems, software, and smarter ways to work
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use it daily — you enjoy experimenting with tools that help you communicate more clearly, organise information, and elevate the quality of your work.
- Tech-savvy and confident with computers — you know your shortcuts, can troubleshoot basic issues, and navigate digital tools with ease
- A growth mindset around technology — you’re not afraid to try new tools, refine your approach, and use AI to bring out the expert in you, ensuring our communication with clients and staff is polished, professional, and well‑spoken.
