Superstar Fitness Coach (Group Fitness) Fitstop – Capalaba, QLD Part-Time / Casual | 15–25 hours per week | $35-$40 per hour

Fitstop Capalaba is growing and we’re on the hunt for a high-energy, community-driven coach to join our team here in Capalaba!

This isn’t just about counting reps. This is about bringing the vibes.

We want someone who can light up a 5:00am or 5:15pm class, remember members’ names, celebrate PBs like they’re their own, and create the kind of energy that makes people rearrange their day just to train.

The Role

You’ll be delivering a mix of:

High-energy group fitness sessions (strength, conditioning, athletic-style training)
Coaching members safely through movement progressions
Motivating and mentoring members of all levels
Supporting community events and building strong member relationships
Opportunities to run personal training sessions (rent-free)

You’ll play a huge part in creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and genuinely excited to walk through the doors.

Requirements

Certificate III in Fitness (minimum – required)
First Aid & CPR
Availability across AM and/or PM shifts (Can be flexible)
Strong communication skills
Integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Cert IV, PT experience, and sales confidence are a bonus - but personality and coaching presence matter most.
