What we do
At AK Migration Services "We Help People to Migrate". Our services are both Australia-wide and international. We provide professional advice on visa eligibility, application and complete migration solution to Australia. We counsel prospective students in their education pathway to achieve their academic goals and assist them in enrolments. We prepare applications, supporting documents and submissions ensuring the legal lodgement of cases and their timely follow up.

Our Perth office is now seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join the busy Migration and Visa team on a permanent, part time basis.

About the Role
Our Perth office is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team on a permanent, part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will support our Migration Agents and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and professionally
Answering phone calls and directly them in an efficient manner
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
Prepare sign-up packs and create new client files
Handle payments and manage office supplies
Assist with university/college applications and enrolments
Drafting visa applications following instructions provided by Migration Agents
Assist Migration Agents with preparing supporting submissions and statements
Maintaining client database and filing systems
Assisting the Office Manager and a team of Migration Agents
General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning & database entry

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact to our clients
Professional attitude and presentation
Strong attention to detail – this skill is critical to succeeding in this role
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to autonomously prioritise work demands to meet strict deadlines
An ability to thrive in a team environment with a flexible and positive attitude
An ability to adapt to varying working styles within the team
A commitment to quality and service delivery standards
Demonstrated experience working within an Administration role
Advanced computer literacy and working knowledge of the internet, email, MS Office suite as well as willing to learn new systems and processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Working Hours

Minimum 3 days a week, up to 20 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 days
