If you’re an experienced landscaper ready to step into a leadership role and build exceptional outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
You’ll be running jobs on site, leading a small crew, and getting projects done safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role in building high-quality outdoor spaces, from structural landscape work to the finishing touches. We want someone who takes pride in their work, leads from the front, and values teamwork, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and install quality landscape features, including paving, retaining walls, decking, fencing, pergolas, turf, and planting.
- Complete site prep, excavation, levelling, drainage, and other general landscape construction works.
- Read plans and carry out work accurately on site.
- Use tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver neat, high-quality finishes and take pride in workmanship.
- Keep the site safe, clean, and well organised.
- Work with the crew and project team to get jobs done properly, on time, and to spec.
Why join us?
- Supportive, inclusive team culture where everyone is respected.
- High standards of design and finish, not just “get it done” work.
- Collaborative environment—your ideas are valued.
- Diverse projects—from backyard renovations to small yet rewarding projects.
- Opportunity to be part of a business changing the face of the industry.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience (and trade qualification) in landscaping in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong technical skills and pride in your work.
- Ability to read plans and problem-solve on site.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and labourers.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Commitment to safety and best practices.
- Manage daily workflow, materials, and site logistics.
- Liaise with clients and management as required.
- Current full driver’s licence for Australia (preferably a manual driver's licence).
- Preferably a Medium Rigid licence.
- Machinery experience.
