Hold (or are working towards) an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, diploma or degree.
Are passionate about early childhood education.
Are reliable, committed and enjoy working as part of a team.
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Take pride in providing high-quality education and care.
Want to grow professionally and contribute to something bigger than themselves.
