Details: The Payroll Services Branch is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to fill two temporary Payroll Team Supervisor positions.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of accurate payroll services and exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting Payroll Management while fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Team Supervisor, you will:

Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering payroll services and achieving business outcomes.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to maximise performance and service excellence.

Resolve complex payroll issues and identify matters requiring escalation to senior management.

Respond to customer enquiries professionally, providing clear, accurate, and timely advice.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective verbal and written communication.

Monitor team productivity, workflow, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Enterprise Agreements, policies, and procedures to provide accurate payroll advice and support.
