About the Role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients look and see their best. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, assist patients in selecting eyewear solutions, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about patient care and customer service
Has previous retail experience (optical experience is advantageous but not essential)
Can quickly build product knowledge and confidently explain eyewear options to patients
Has excellent communication skills and a bright, friendly approach
Enjoys working as part of a team
Brings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitude to work every day
Is available to work 16 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional hours

Evans and McMahon Optometrists in Tuggeranong is a dedicated total-care optometry practice providing comprehensive eye health services to our local community.We provide thorough eye examinations, prescribe spectacles, fit contact lenses, and diagnose eye conditions requiring specialist care. Our practice also offers complete spectacle services, including an in-office finishing lab, along with a large range of frames, sunglasses, and prescription lenses.By combining Patient First care, More Time, More Care, and Clinical Independence, we're proud to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients while creating a rewarding workplace for our team.As part of G&M Eyecare, we believe that no two pairs of eyes are the same, and neither are the people who work with us.
