About the Role
This role performs frontline management of the leasing team within Evolve FM, supporting all aspects of the Client Leasing and Property Management functions to produce established processes and performing problem solving, process improvement, analysis and refinement using organisational processes, tools, and techniques.
Main Duties
- Support the property portfolio to meet and exceed all requirements of the client contract.
- Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded whilst promoting Evolve FM service delivery.
- Ensure that you operate under the responsibilities and limits of authorities as nominated within the Property Management Service Agreement and the PGPA & LAA Act
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the property portfolio including lease performance and rent rolls.
- Support end to end transactions including providing commercial advice to the client.
- Facilitate market scans and building inspections, and negotiate new leases, lease renewals, market rent reviews, surrenders or variations, ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for the client.
- Facilitate the preparation of business cases as required to facilitate client approvals and transaction record keeping.
- Participate in regular meetings relating to your portfolio, and in particular to, key event dates management, transaction planning and strategic discussion.
- Maintain accurate records on leasing activity and prepare operational reports as required.
- Support ongoing portfolio financial and risk management as well as general administrative duties.
- Support process improvement, problem solving and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice.
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
- Provide guidance to Lease Administrators.
- Build a high-performing, motivated team by hiring top talent and providing regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.

- Enable training and mentoring opportunities for team members
- Maintain a clear understanding of the Evolve FM’s Integrated Management System (IMS) Management manual and ensure all duties are performed in accordance with its policies, procedures and guidelines.
Experience
- Minimum Assistant Agent ACT real estate certificate or interstate equivalent.
- Experience in a transaction, leasing, or commercial real estate-related field is preferred, along with exposure to people management.
- Tertiary qualification in a Property, Business or Commercial field is preferred however is not essential.
- A good understanding of Commonwealth policies, including the PGPA Act and the LAA Act, is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Teams and SharePoint apps.
- Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, ability to chair stakeholder meetings.
- Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritise work and manage tasks effectively.
- Competent computer skills and Microsoft knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work by yourself and as part of a team environment.
- Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
- Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
