Our facilitators are the party hosts — the energy, the vibe, the fun! You’ll run silent disco events, engage groups, lead games, and keep the atmosphere high from start to finish.

About the Role — Event Facilitator
You’ll host Silent Disco experiences at:
- Kids’ birthday parties
- School incursions & vacation care programs
- Festivals & community events
- Corporate workshops
- Hens nights + more!
Key Responsibilities
- Set up & pack down silent disco equipment
- Hand out headsets & manage party playlists
- Host games, dance activities, and run the “party flow”
- Maintain a fun, safe, positive environment
- Care for equipment and return it in good condition
What We Offer
- $45 per hour (including super) — 3-hour minimum per event

What You’ll Need
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one — free & easy to set up)
- Valid Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Full driver’s license + reliable car with decent boot space
- Confident, friendly communication style
- Reliability & professionalism (non-negotiable)
