How You’ll Make an Impact

Empower & Drive Success: Partner with the Clinic Manager to inspire and lead the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and clinic performance.

Team Development: Support onboarding, training, and coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.

Create Real Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident and cared for.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).

Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.

For WA/QLD: a valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or actively working towards it.
