Responsibilities include
Design and implement technology solutions tailored for HR systems.
Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications.
Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.
Participate in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls.
Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities.
Technical skills and experience required
A minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Expert proficiency in Solution Design
Master proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
