METS Training Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Support Officer to support business growth through student enrolments, account management, and stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with employers, learners, and industry partners, manage enrolment processes, maintain CRM records, and represent METS at networking events and industry expos.
This role is ideal for someone with an Early Childhood background who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Convert enquiries and leads into student enrolments.
- Travel throughout Sydney Metro and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, learners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support account management activities and business growth initiatives.
- Manage enrolment documentation and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Attend networking events, expos, and promotional activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Contribute to enrolment and revenue targets while ensuring compliance with RTO requirements.
Essential Criteria
- Early Childhood Education and Care experience or industry background.
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience conducting consultations via phone and online meetings.
- Current Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle.
- High level of customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Working With Children Check + NDIS Workers Clearance
Highly Desirable
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience within the Australian VET/RTO sector.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood qualifications and traineeships.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or higher.
- Understanding of RTO compliance and ASQA requirements.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience promoting education, training, or professional service offerings.
