The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager at our Ingleburn office to lead our administrative operations and support service delivery. You’ll play a critical role in developing office systems, managing resources, and ensuring our team can deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office functions and support staff.
- Design, implement, and maintain office procedures, documentation systems, and workflow improvements.
- Liaise with service teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth scheduling and invoicing.
- Prepare operational and financial reports, including budgets and expense tracking.
- Maintain internal communications and reporting structures across departments.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
- Monitor compliance with WHS, HR, and quality standards across the business.
- Manage company communications, documentation, and client records securely and efficiently.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in business and management (AQF or equivalent)
- At least 1 years' experience in office management or administration leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of business administration practices and office systems
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and office management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure
- Previous experience working in a service-based company (e.g., cleaning, trades, facilities) is highly regarded
