You’re an Administrator with at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role and you are an efficient and logical operator. We are in search of a team member to join our team on permanent full-time basis, located in Glenfield (hybrid), working closely with our Procurement/Commercial services team.
You have a love for everything administration, regardless of what’s required, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are experienced in Microsoft Office Suite. Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable, you have the ability to multitask and you understand the importance of meeting deadlines.

THE ROLE
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement and Commercial Services team
- Coordinating contractor onboarding and compliance activities
- Performing purchase order to invoice matching and reconciliation activities
- Maintaining supplier catalogues, pricing and system records
- Responding to supplier and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with reporting, data analysis and document preparation
- Supporting procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies
