What does the job look like?
Lead a complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational excellence, customer growth, and strategic outcomes.
This is a critical senior leadership role accountable for leading a highly complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational performance, customer growth, and strategic outcomes. You will lead geographically dispersed, high performing teams, while strengthening relationships across a diverse customer base, delivering the business unit strategy, and embedding a high-performance, safety-led culture. Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complexity, drive continuous improvement, and translate strategic priorities into sustainable operational results.
Key areas:
- Deliver the business unit plan by translating strategy into operational outcomes
- Grow existing and new business through strong customer engagement and commercial focus
- Lead customer engagement across a diverse portfolio to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across operations
- Lead and develop geographically dispersed high performing teams, to achieve performance targets
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Linfox and legislative safety requirements
