StretchLab Campbelltown is looking for personal trainers, massage therapists, physiotherapist, Chiropractors, dance/yoga/Pilates instructors, sports science/healthcare degree students to join our team. We are seeking applications from candidates who can commit a minimum of 10-20 hours per week to this role. Flexologists roles are casual, however, we want to create a work environment that you will love and want to make an important part of your work life.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With co-founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more to help pave the way.
StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that their clients receive a world-class stretching session.
In order to qualify for this position, you will need to be able to commit to between a min of 10-15 hours of work each week, and you must be available to go through our paid training program that consists of 15-20 hours of online tutorials, a 2-day weekend of Flexologist Training, and up to 20 hours of in-studio training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
- Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed.
- Maintain social media presence to support client membership and retention.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
Qualifications:
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching mobility and flexibility.
- Preferred background:
- Massage Therapist
- Exercise Physiologist
- Physiologist
- Chiropractic
- Personal Trainer
- Physical Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Current second year or above student in sports science/healthcare field
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client.
- Fitness certification at Level 3 or equivalent required
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
- Fantastic communication skills
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
* Pay is based upon the General Fitness Award level 3A and may be higher or lower than the posted pay
