Wakeling Automotive has 16 new car franchises across Paul Wakeling Motor Group, Camden Valley Motors, Moss Vale Motor Group, Allan Mackay Autos, Wollongong City Motors, Shellharbour City Motors, Mercedes-Benz Wollongong and 8 used car locations. Wakeling Automotive not only specializes in automotive but also is home to Tyre Plus Campbelltown and Camden Cycles. In 2017, 2018 & 2019, Wakeling Automotive was recognised at the NSW Business Chamber Macarthur Region within several categories such as “excellence in workplace inclusion” & “excellence in business”. Overview of the Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time administration clerk, to join our growing team at Wakeling Automotive.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Processing Invoices into Dealer management system
Process supplier payments according to supplier terms
Processing of New & Used Vehicle deals
General data entry & reconciliation of the general ledger.
End of month reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts
Various ad-hoc Administrative duties

The Successful Applicant Must have:

Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Have Microsoft Office program knowledge
Experience with PMDS Dealer Management System a distinct advantage
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
High attention to detail
Great organising abilities and Self-motivated.
Punctuality, reliability and flexibility and take pride in your work
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive Dealership experience an advantage
