Angel Dental Care is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistants to join our growing team in Picton. We currently have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time team members, with days and hours negotiable for the right candidates.
We are a busy, patient focused dental practice offering a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments and advanced implant procedures.
As the Dental Assistant/Reception , you will work closely with our dentists and the wider team to provide excellent clinical support and a positive experience for every patient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional front-desk experience
- Managing appointments, recalls, and daily scheduling using dental software
- Handling incoming calls and patient enquiries with efficiency and empathy
- Coordinating treatment plans and patient follow-ups
- Processing payments, health fund claims, and administrative tasks
- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and turning over surgeries efficiently
- Sterilization and instrument reprocessing in accordance with infection control standards
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Providing friendly, compassionate care to our patients
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of care
